Until the age of six I lived less than half a mile from St Nicholas Church in Burnage, and its Art Deco lines have stayed in my imagination ever since.

So when it came to doing a new Burnage poster - the original one, featuring a joke about Nigel Farage, was looking a bit tired - the building had to take centre stage.

Of course, there’s no tropical looking oasis anywhere near it. Well, definitely maybe not!
