Not long ago I told someone I’d painted the Poynton poster featuring the ‘magic roundabouts’.

“Oh I hate that,” he said. “Poynton’s got so much more about it than those roundabouts.”

Well obviously it has, but I don’t work for the local tourist board, and I’m only trying to entertain and paint an attractive poster. But I thought if roundabouts upset some people, then let’s try swings!
